James "Jamie" Webb is the son of David Webb and Marie St. Jacques and the older brother of Alison Webb. He is also the younger half-brother of Joshua Webb and Alyssa Webb from his father's first marriage to Dao Webb. He is the nephew of John St. Jacques. He appears in The Bourne Ultimatum as a toddler. After the death of his mother in The Bourne Betrayal, his father send him and his sister to live with his mother's relatives.
