Biography Blemo, or also known as 黃啟漢, first formally joined a wiki on March 19, 2007. He is also the bureaucrat and cofounder of Ghost Recon Wiki and the newly-appointed bureaucrat of the Bourne Wiki and is quite a popular user on [Halopedia]. He does not know a ton of computer language, but has created many awards, userboxes, templates, monobooks, etc. He, above all, loves chatting with other users on IRC Channels.
